Function Description:

1. Voltmeter/Ammeter: 4 digit LED DC Voltage / Current Ampere Display.

2. Tachometer: 5 digit LED Fan RPM Display Meter.

3. Current Upper/Lower Limit Setting: 4 digit dial switch for setting fan current upper/lower limit value.

4. RPM Upper/Lower Limit Setting: 5 digit dial switch for setting fan rpm upper/lower limit value.

5. Delay Test Time Setting: 2 digit dial switch for setting delay for fan to be started under low voltage.

7. Sampling time setting: 2 digit dial switch can be used to set the sampling time for normal voltage operation and current test of the fan.

8.Switching between Volt/Amp Displays: Volt/Amp display Selection Switch.

9.Identifying Range of Current between Upper/Lower Limits: OK indicator light identifying current Within Upper/Lower Limits.

10.Identifying Range of RPM between Upper/Lower Limits: OK indicator light identifying RPM within Upper/Lower Limits.

11.Voltage adjustment: For adjusting low volt Start/Normal testing voltage.

12. Testing Result Judging: Test result OK/NG (Not Good) Identify indicator light.

13.With 2T / 3T signal input switching function.

14. Detects broken wires in the fan's internal coils.

15.Abnormal alarm.

16.DC Power Supply: 2 sets of DC Power Supply.
