Function Description:

 2. Adopt Japanese-made sealed type circle full engraved precision voltage regulator, which can do fine output voltage adjustment control.
 3. The maximum output current range: about 0 ~ 30KA (designed according to the workpiece to be magnetized). Magnetic output power position display.
 4. Charging time: about 2.0-5.0Sec (the lower the set magnetic voltage value, the shorter the charging time).
 5. The magnetizing output voltage is stable : within 0.10%.
 6. Automatic change channel yoke or fixed single channe yoke selection, with manual / foot pedal to select magnetic operation, double channel alternate magnetic operation, can low yoke temperature rise phenomenon, real setting When the value is set, stepping on the manual / footing the magnetic switch has the advantages of longer service life and magnetic output quality stability than a single set of yoke.
 7. With automatic output voltage detection device: automatically detect whether the magnetizing output voltage has really reached its set value, if it is not reached, the magnetizing action cannot be completed, to ensure the stability of the magnetizing output every time and the quality of the magnetizing output.
 8. In conjunction with the automatic dual cannel change / single cannel fixed magnetization selection, the trigger button can be used to automatically delay the cycle time (interval magnetization time) of each magnetization to lower the temperature rise and heat of the yoke  Increase,  In addition to improving the quality, it can extend the service life of the magnetic head.
 9. With automatic voltage detection device: when the charging voltage reaches the set value, there is an OK. Indicator on the panel and an external output light box, and the effective magnetization can be completed only after the OK indicator .
10. With automatic double channel change magnet, and double channel change CH A or CH B magnet output voltage and OK indicating the next magnet operation instruction function of external light box.
11. Select a single channel of fixed magnetization:  CHANNEL A or CHANNEL B can be selected.
