Earthquake-Resistant Multifunctional Chemical Storage Cabinet 
1. Cabinet Body Material:
The cabinet is constructed using white rigid PVC Foam Board with a thickness of 12mm ~18mm . 
The material is resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and chemicals. It is impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, and fire-retardant. It does not support combustion under normal usage conditions, ensuring enhanced fire safety.
*A certified third-party test report (Refer to UL 94 (2013) Tests for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Appliances) will be provided will be provided upon delivery

• Forced Start Control: During an inactive period, pressing the manual start button will activate the fan according to previously set parameters and then return to the original schedule.

5. Activated Carbon Filters:
Two cylindrical activated carbon filters with high surface area, fast adsorption rate, and large adsorption capacity. Housing made of one-piece molded PVC.

6. Internal Structure & Functional Design:
• Adjustable Chemical Reagent Trays: Height-adjustable trays with shock-absorbing push rods. The spacing can be adjusted according to the size of chemical bottles.
• Pull-Out Spill-Containment Trays:
o Material: Made from 5mm thick industrial-grade rigid PVC boards manufactured by Nan Ya Plastics. Mechanically processed and heat-welded.
(Factory material inspection report from Nan Ya must be submitted will be provided upon delivery .)
o Tray Quantity: 8 units, each with a safe load capacity of 30 kg
o Red Restraining Rods: 32 rods securely hold chemical bottles in place using forward pressure in conjunction with white divider rods.
o White Divider Rods: 24 adjustable rods allow lateral positioning based on bottle size, providing anti-tilt support in all directions.
• Adjustable Height Rails: The side rails contain adjustment holes that also function as internal air circulation vents.
• ㄈ-Shaped Tray Mounting Brackets: Inserted into the height-adjustment rails for easy repositioning of reagent trays. Includes locking latches to prevent trays from falling.
7. Pull-out Doors:
Made from 20mm thick one-piece molded PVC door frames with 5mm thick embedded tempered safety glass.
8. Door Handles:
Impact-resistant handles made from molded ABS plastic.
9. Door Locks:
Equipped with rotary latch locks.
10. Hinges:
One-piece molded corrosion-resistant PP (polypropylene) hinges.
11. Supportive Mobile Casters:
Caster includes an integrated leveling foot for positioning stability. Wheels are made of durable PP plastic.

※ The cabinet has passed seismic performance testing conducted by a national academic institution. The test report confirms the shock-absorbing structure meets actual specifications for the chemical reagent trays inside the cabinet.
