艾拉費滋潔羅 （Ella Fitzgerald，1917年4月25日－1996年6月15日），雅號艾拉夫人（Lady Ella，即爵士樂第一夫人，英文First Lady of Song），美國歌手，被公認為20世紀最重要的爵士樂歌手之一，與比莉·霍利戴（Billie Holiday）和莎拉·沃恩（Sarah Vaughan）齊名。
憑藉著橫跨三個八度音階的歌喉，她以純潔的音色、近乎完美無缺的分節和音準著稱。當中，她的擬聲吟唱（scat singing），更特顯出像喇叭聲一樣的即興表演的才華。她亦被普遍認為是《Great American Songbook》歌曲的最佳演繹者之一。Ella有另觀眾情緒沸騰的本領，不管是Scat唱法，戲謔地Armstrong低沉的嗓音，獲溫柔抒情精湛充滿生命力的演唱技巧，及優秀的節奏感，散發出無窮的深度Ella的漂亮歌喉表現的無懈可擊，嗓音一直保持著年輕清亮的韻味，即使到了老年也未曾改變。

Ella也曾與Louis Amstrong，Duke Ellington等等爵士樂大師們合作，獲得極熱烈的迴響，稱得上是當代最偉大的爵士樂歌手。媒體和聽眾冠稱她為爵士樂的第一夫人，足見她是多麼的受到尊崇與喜愛。

艾拉曾贏得13個葛萊美獎，並分別被前美國總統列根和喬治·H·W·布希頒贈國家藝術勳章和總統自由勳章。
